currently working on my next project called VIRUS
working on script
i learnt how to use more of the functions on the camera and how to used them to my adavtage. but i the thing i learnt the most was how to edit my movie using iMoviehd. i learnt how to cut, add titles and transitions and also add music and effects to make the film a greater experience.
the film is made more funny for children by the fact it starts off serious with dramatic music throughout but at the end a funny boing noise which lightens the mood.

the peole cast for this were young so the characters were more similar to the target audience so it would keep the interested.

using shots like th over the shoulder shot makes sure the audience is more involved with the conversation and using close up shots of peoples faces during conversations keeps you at the actor height there for the audience is similar to the actor and is more likly to pay attention.
i think this film would entertain people of all age but mainly young children around the age of 10 to 15 because it has a childish joke at the end which would be entertaining as childish things make every one laugh.
i think a school would show the film as example material to show students what shots they are and what they do. i wouldn't charge anything as it isnt worth it.
the film shows females around the age of 16 as important assassins
it also shows a boy running this shows boys around 16 years of age are fit and healthy.
we used a varitiy of shots used in real media some of these include

over the sholder shot

medium shot

close up shot

match on action

long shot

point of view shot

tracking shot

i have learnt how to use a tripod and camera and also how to use iMedia HD. these skills will be helpful in later projects as they are all nessicary pieces of equipment for a film maker.
What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

i think a school might show my media film to show students examples of how to do diffrent things or how not to do diffrent things.

Who would be the audience for your media product?

the people who would most enjoy this are either people who are doing media studies or young children around 5 years old

How did you attract/address your audience?

the film attracted this audience by not taking it self too seriously and having a joke children might understand but it could also entertain adults who are watching it with childrent as it has more serious bits.
